Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

We will perform our cleaning services with due diligence, using safe and effective cleaning products. Our cleaners are DBS-checked and insured to provide peace of mind.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to the property where the cleaning services will take place and to ensure that the cleaning environment is safe and free of hazardous conditions.

Key's Cleaning Services will not be held liable for any damages to property or personal injury arising from the use of our cleaning services unless caused by our negligence. We recommend that you secure any valuables or fragile items prior to our visit.
